Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Accountant based in SAIF Zone, Sharjah. The Junior Accountant will play a key role in supporting the finance team by managing daily accounting tasks and ensuring accuracy in all financial transactions.

Responsibilities
  • Managing and controlling the archiving of sales invoices and other accounting documents
  • Handling supplier cheque disbursements and ensuring timely payments
  • Handling incoming external calls and inquiries related to accounts
  • Preparing and presenting monthly receivable reports
  • Investigating and resolving discrepancies in accounts receivable
  • Supporting the accounting and finance team with daily operations
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
