Job Description

The Joinery Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new clients, presenting joinery solutions, preparing quotations, and coordinating with the technical and production teams to ensure successful project delivery. The role requires strong knowledge of joinery materials, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build long-term customer relationships.

Key Roles & Responsibilities
  • Sales & Business Development – Identify new sales opportunities within joinery, interior fit‑out, and furniture sectors; generate leads through networking, market visits, and client referrals; build and maintain relationships with contractors, consultants, architects, and designers.
  • Client Engagement – Meet clients to understand project requirements and propose suitable joinery solutions; conduct project site visits for measurements and scope clarification; present material samples, finishes, and design options to clients.
  • Quotation & Proposal Preparation – Prepare competitive quotations, BOQs, and commercial proposals; negotiate pricing and terms to secure contracts; ensure all proposals align with production capabilities and project timelines.
  • Coordination with Internal Teams – Coordinate with estimation, design, production, and site teams to ensure accurate execution; communicate client requirements clearly and follow up on project status; support the project team during approvals, fabrication, and installation stages.
  • Customer Relationship Management – Maintain long‑term relationships with existing and new clients; provide after‑sales support and ensure customer satisfaction; address and resolve client concerns professionally and promptly.
  • Reporting & Targets – Achieve monthly and annual sales targets; maintain sales pipelines and submit regular sales reports; monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and new products.
