IT Technician Job Location Dubai United Arab Emirates Serving as the first point of contact for IT support within the organization Setting up configuring and managing both software and hardware elements of computer and network systems Identifying and resolving software and hardware problems through diagnostic and troubleshooting procedures Restoring functionality by repairing or substituting impaired computer and network components Safeguarding the integrity of both client and server computers through the installation and periodic upgrading of antivirus and firewall software Offering assistance to individuals facing difficulties with computers and network equipment Conducting thorough testing of new hardware and software prior to their widespread implementation Consistently updating and maintaining technical documentation Desired Candidate Profile Relevant Diploma certifications e g Microsoft Cisco CCNA Experience 23 years Expected Joining Date Immediately or max 15 days Preferably Male Candidates with own visa
