Qualifications

• Proven experience in IT infrastructure management and technical support.
• Strong knowledge of network protocols, hardware and operating systems.
• Experience with virtualization technologies and cloud services is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain company IT infrastructure including servers, networks and hardware.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software and network issues.
• Implement and monitor security protocols to protect company data and systems.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT equipment and support services.
• Ensure system backups and disaster recovery processes are in place and tested regularly.
• Document IT processes, configurations and support activities.
• Assist in the deployment of new applications and updates.
• Monitor system performance and recommend improvements.
