Job summary

A technology services company in Yas Island is seeking an IT Support Engineer to provide technical support and troubleshoot issues for users. Responsibilities
  • Provide first- and second-level IT support to users via phone, email, and in person
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
  • Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
  • Support Windows/macOS operating systems and common business applications
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights (Active Directory / Microsoft 365)
  • Document incidents, solutions, and procedures in the ticketing system
  • Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams when required
  • Assist with system updates, backups, and security patches
  • Train users on basic IT procedures and best practices
  • Communicate effectively with Russian-speaking users to understand and resolve issues
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Proven experience as an IT Support Engineer, Helpdesk Engineer, or similar role
  • Fluency in Russian (spoken and written) and good command of English
  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS, basic networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), and hardware
  • Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools
  • Good problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
