Qualifications

• 12+ years in IT strategy, project management, and business alignment.
• Must be a team player who leads the team from the front.
• Deep understanding of cloud computing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and promote ITD strategy and transformation plans.
• Lead digital strategy initiatives and innovation projects.
• Drive digital transformation initiatives, including cloud adoption and AI integration.

Skills

Expertise in IT frameworks (COBIT, ITIL)

Understanding of enterprise architecture

Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum)

Knowledge of banking systems and finTech

Strong communication and presentation skills

Problem-solving and analytical capabilities

Adaptability to changing landscapes

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology

Relevant certifications (CGEIT, PMP, AgilePM, SAFe, ITIL, TOGAF)
