Job summary

Job Description:

  • User Support & Operations Provide end-user support troubleshoot technical issues and ensure smooth operation of day-to-day IT activities across all departments.

  • Active Directory & User Management Administer and manage Active Directory servers create/modify user accounts groups security policies and manage access controls.

  • Telephonic PBX System Management Configure monitor and maintain the companys PBX telephone system extensions call routing and related hardware.

  • Microsoft 365 Admin Centre Oversee M365 administration including user creation licenses email configurations distribution groups and security settings.

  • Microsoft Intune (Endpoint Manager) Manage device enrollments compliance policies application deployment security profiles and mobile device management (MDM).

  • Network Infrastructure (L2 & L3 Switches Wireless APs) Configure manage and maintain Layer 2 and Layer 3 switches Wi-Fi access points VLANs routing and network performance optimization.

  • FortiGate Firewalls Configure monitor and maintain FortiGate firewalls VPNs security rules traffic policies and intrusion prevention systems (IPS).

  • IT Procurement & Asset Management Handle IT procurement vendor coordination quotation comparison purchase requests and maintain an accurate IT asset inventory.

  • Domain Purchases & Renewals Manage domain registrations renewals DNS settings and ensure uninterrupted domain and email services.

  • Cloud VPS Servers Maintain and manage cloud-hosted VPS servers configurations performance monitoring and security hardening.

  • AD Server Oversee Active Directory server health replication policies and system-level configurations to ensure high availability.

  • File Servers & Virtual Machines (VMs) Manage file servers shared folder permissions virtual machines resource allocation and performance monitoring.

  • Backup & Data Recovery Implement monitor and maintain reliable backup solutions; perform data recovery and ensure business continuity.

  • Microsoft Defender Manage Microsoft Defender policies threat monitoring endpoint protection and ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards.

  • Technical Documentation Maintain detailed documentation including network diagrams system configurations licenses and IT inventory records.

  • Cross-Department Coordination Collaborate with internal teams to plan and execute IT projects upgrades migrations and system improvements.

  • Policy & Compliance Ensure adherence to IT policies cybersecurity protocols and industry best practices at all times.
