Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Sales specialist with a proven track record in hardcore sales. The ideal candidate will have several years of experience in the sales field, with a preference for those who have previously sold IT solutions. This role requires excellent communication skills, resilience, and the ability to close deals in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and research potential clients through various channels (online research, networking, cold calling, email campaigns, etc.). Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads. Conduct outreach to generate interest and set up meetings with potential clients.
  • Sales & Relationship Management: Understand client needs and present appropriate products or services. Build strong relationships with new and existing customers. Follow up on leads and maintain communication throughout the sales process.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed sales quotas and targets. Track and report sales activities, conversion rates and market trends. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize strategies.
  • Product & Market Knowledge: Stay up to date with industry trends and competitive offerings. Provide insights on customer needs and market demands. Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
