Job Summary

One of our clients in Dubai is looking for an IT Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Steer and manage IT projects across the global regions within the department of Retail IT.
• Deliver projects on time, within scope and budget, while meeting defined quality standards.
• Develop, maintain and track detailed project plans including work packages, milestones, timelines, and progress reporting.
• Identify, assess and proactively mitigate project risks and issues ensuring local and international MAN policies & regulations.
• Coordinate internal resources and third‑party vendors for seamless project execution.
• Organize and lead project meetings to align stakeholders on goals, progress, and deliverables.
• Support project experts with technical & training documentation.
• Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of the regional Project Management Office (PMO).
• Support and establish agile methodologies within our Retail IT department and projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, IT, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for engaging with diverse, global stakeholders, including a proven track record in managing international projects.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in high‑pressure, fast‑paced environments.
• Analytical and organized mindset with solid problem‑solving capabilities.
• Self‑motivated and collaborative, able to work independently and in cross‑functional teams.
• Project management expertise, including knowledge of classical & agile methods (e.g. SAFE, Kanban, Scrum) and ITIL methodology.
