Job summary

A prominent consulting firm in the UAE is looking for an experienced professional to develop, deploy, and maintain AI models while also designing and optimizing RPA bots. This role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3-4 years of experience in AI/ML, RPA, and IT support. You will work on integrating AI into RPA pipelines, while managing hardware and providing technical support. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential for this position.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-4 years of experience across AI/ML, RPA, and IT support roles.
• Hands-on experience with desktop, network and peripheral troubleshooting.
• Basic knowledge of cloud platforms like Azure or AWS is a plus.

Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, deploy, and maintain AI models for document processing prediction or classification tasks using Python or ML platforms.
• Design, build, and optimize RPA bots using platforms like UiPath, Power Automate, or Automation Anywhere.
• Analyze manual workflows and propose automation opportunities that drive measurable ROI.
• Integrate AI/ML models into RPA pipelines and enterprise tools.
• Manage and troubleshoot hardware components (workstations, servers, printers, mobile devices).
• Configure and maintain network devices including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
• Monitor network health, performance, and security using standard tools and logs.
• Provide L1/L2 technical support to end users and ensure uptime of essential IT systems.
• Work closely with cross‑functional teams to understand process needs and deliver solutions.
• Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and system configuration logs.
• Train end users on automation tools and basic AI‑powered features when required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Minimum 3‑4 years of experience across AI/ML, RPA, and IT support roles.
• Hands‑on experience with Python, Power Automate, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Windows Server, Active Directory, networking protocols, desktop, network and peripheral troubleshooting.
• Strong understanding of data structures, APIs, and integration workflows.
• Basic knowledge of cloud platforms like Azure or AWS is a plus.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and time‑management skills.

Preferred

• Experience with Azure OpenAI, ChatGPT API, or cognitive services.
• Knowledge of scripting in PowerShell or Bash.
• CompTIA Network or similar certifications.
