The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and other financial strategies to maximize their business value. This role demands strong analytical skills, market knowledge, and excellent client relationship management abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough financial analysis, valuation, and due diligence of companies across various sectors.

• Advise clients on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and other strategic transactions.

• Assist in raising capital through equity, debt, or hybrid instruments.

• Prepare detailed investment memorandums, pitch books, and financial models.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and other stakeholders.

• Monitor market trends, economic indicators, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

• Collaborate with legal, compliance, and regulatory teams to ensure adherence to local and international regulations.

• Manage deal execution from inception to closing, including negotiation and documentation.

• Support senior bankers in business development and client pitching activities.

• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field. MBA or CFA certification preferred.

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or related fields.
