Job summary

A logistics management company located in Dubai is seeking an experienced Inventory Manager. You will be responsible for overseeing inventory operations, implementing control systems, and coordinating with various teams. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 5 years of inventory management experience, preferably in FMCG. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in inventory software are essential for success in this role.

Job description
  • Manage and monitor inventory levels to meet production and sales demands

  • Oversee daily inventory operations including receiving storing issuing and stock transfers

  • Implement and maintain inventory control systems and processes

  • Conduct regular cycle counts stock audits and reconciliations to ensure accuracy

  • Minimize stock variances expiries losses and damages

  • Analyze inventory data to forecast demand and support procurement planning

  • Coordinate with warehouse procurement sales and supply chain teams

  • Maintain compliance with safety and quality standards

  • Generate inventory reports and KPIs for management review

  • Lead and train inventory staff to ensure process adherence and accuracy

Requirements
  • Bachelor s degree in Supply Chain Logistics Business or related field

  • 5 years of experience in inventory management (FMCG experience preferred)

  • Strong knowledge of inventory software (e.g. ERP systems WMS)

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Attention to detail with strong organizational abilities

  • Ability to lead a team and communicate across departments

  • Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools
