Strong communication skills and knowledge of luxury materials are essential.

Archibat HR is seeking an Interior Designer for a Dubai-based architectural interior design studio specializing in luxury, large-scale residential projects like villas, towers, and communities.

Responsibilities

• Create the overall design concept, mood, and style for large residential projects.
• Develop presentations (mood boards, 3D visuals) to explain your ideas to clients.
• Select all furniture, fixtures, materials, and finishes (FF&E).
• Create detailed technical drawings and plans for contractors.
• Work closely with architects, contractors, and suppliers.
• Visit sites to check on progress and ensure the design is followed correctly.

Requirements

• A degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
• 5-7+ years of experience, specifically with concept design for large-scale residential developments.
• Excellent skills in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Deep knowledge of luxury materials, finishes, and suppliers.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Fluency in English.
