Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with architects engineers and other consultants to ensure design intent and detailing accuracy.
• Generate drawings documentation and schedules directly from BIM models in compliance with project requirements.
• Conduct clash detection and resolve coordination issues using Revit and other BIM tools.
• Implement company BIM standards and projectspecific protocols.
• Support the design team during all project phases including concept schematic design development and construction documentation.
• Ensure model accuracy standards compliance and content development.

Key Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture.
• Minimum 5 years of BIM experience specifically in Interior Design projects.
• Prior experience working with design consultancy firms in the UAE or GCC is mandatory.
• Proficiency in the Revit software and familiarity with other BIM tools.
• Strong understanding of design detailing materials finishes and space planning.
• Good knowledge of UAE building codes and local authority regulations.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
