The team

The Customer Success team is a multidisciplinary team, we work on the border between the technical (fraud and technology) and business (relationship, processes) worlds. We play a central role in the operation, helping to coordinate internal teams in order to resolve all customer-related issues.

The opportunity

As an Integrations Manager, you will support the customer in getting the most value possible from our solution, ensuring that the client is achieving/exceeding expected results. We monitor usage metrics, suggest and coordinate the implementation of improvements, resolve technical issues and support the commercial team.

Responsibilities
  • Onboard and engage customers in strategy meetings to derive maximum value from their partnership with Incognia;
  • Manage the Incognia solution (Mobile SDK, Web SDK, API) integrations across iOS, Android and Web;
  • Work closely with the Sales Engineering & customer stakeholders to architect the solution optimally to solve the stated business problem;
  • Manage a portfolio of Incognia accounts to combat diverse fraud types;
  • Monitor usage and performance metrics;
  • Propose improvements in customer processes, based on our solutions;
  • Monitor the resolution of internal improvements that impact the customer;
  • Follow customer roadmap activities related to our solutions;
  • Manage the relationship with the main customer stakeholders;
  • Periodic meetings with the client for accountability and follow-up;
  • Ensure solution utilization in line with contract & identify potential use cases that are not being explored;
  • From a technical perspective, act as the customer SME internally to Product, Engineering, Data Science and Marketing by combining technical insights with a keen understanding of our customers;
  • Assist the customers with technical queries related to Incognia's SDKs and APIs, serving as one of the main bridges with the Tech team;
  • Contribute to the maturation of the team/company processes;
  • Participate in industry events (SaaS, authentication, anti-fraud and digital identity) in order to expand networking and continue to enhance industry knowledge;
  • Keep up with product updates;
  • Stay up to date about the broader identity, authentication and security ecosystem and share relevant insights internally.
Job requirements
  • Technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software/API integration, backend/full stack development, mobile (Android and iOS) and SQL;
  • Previous experience in or working knowledge of authentication, biometrics, anti-fraud, digital identity, cyber security or mobile technologies;
  • Proven work experience as an Integrations Manager, Sales Engineer or technical Customer Success;
  • Strong client-facing and communication skills with ability to creatively explain and present complex concepts in an easy to understand manner;
  • SaaS B2B experience;
  • Good organizational, time management and troubleshooting / code review skills; Experience with project management will be beneficial;
  • Excellent presentation and verbal and written communications skills in English.
