Job summary

A leading oil and gas company in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Instrumentation Technician to perform maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting of instrumentation systems. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in the oil & gas industry, knowledge of hazardous area classifications, and familiarity with ADNOC standards. This full-time role requires strong problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment, and shift work may be necessary, including nights and rotations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the oil & gas industry, preferably in an ADNOC or similar oil field environment.
• Knowledge of hazardous area classifications and experience working in classified environments.
• Certification in instrumentation or control systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance, calibration and troubleshooting of various instrumentation systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot faults in instrumentation systems including DCS and PLC.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with ADNOC's safety regulations.
