Job description

We are seeking a Inspector - Civil to join our team in Dubai United Arab this role you will be responsible for ensuring the quality safety and compliance of an infrastructure project throughout the city and surrounding areas.

• Conduct thorough inspections of infrastructure projects including roads bridges utilities and other civil engineering works
• Verify that construction activities comply with approved plans specifications and relevant building codes
• Perform quality control checks on materials and workmanship to ensure adherence to project standards
• Prepare detailed inspection reports documenting findings deficiencies and recommended corrective actions
• Collaborate with project managers contractors and other stakeholders to resolve technical issues and ensure project success
• Monitor and enforce safety regulations on construction sites
• Review and interpret technical drawings blueprints and specifications
• Participate in project meetings and provide expert advice on civil engineering matters
• Maintain accurate records of inspections test results and project documentation
• Stay up-to-date with industry standards regulations and best practices in civil engineering and construction

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in civil engineering or construction inspection with a focus on infrastructure projects
• Proficiency in civil engineering principles and practices with expertise in infrastructure development and maintenance
• In-depth knowledge of construction methods materials and quality control procedures
• Excellent ability to read and interpret blueprints technical drawings and specifications
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Willingness to work on-site in various locations throughout Dubai
