General Description of Role and Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular inspections of architectural works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and project standards.
• Monitor construction activities including finishes, façade works, interior fit‑outs, and structural elements.
• Identify and report any nonconformances or discrepancies and follow up on corrective actions.
• Assist in reviewing shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements related to architectural works.
• Prepare inspection reports, maintain accurate documentation, and record progress onsite.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders to resolve technical and quality issues.
• Ensure adherence to local regulations, safety standards, and quality assurance procedures.
• Attend project and coordination meetings to discuss progress and address concerns.
• Assist in the final inspection and handover process, including preparing snag lists and verifying rectification works.

Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge and Skills:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural inspection on large‑scale construction projects, preferably within the UAE.
• Familiarity with building codes, construction practices, and quality control procedures.
• Proficiency in inspection tools and software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Office).
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
