Inside Sales Engineer is the key role reporting to Sales and Customer Service Manager – ME. The Inside Sales Engineer will be based in Dubai and support the customers by identifying their needs, offering standard, specific solutions/ equipment, and services in order maximize opportunities and their success ratio. You will support Special Hazards product, so background in Gas & Foam Suppression sales/design is a must.
The Inside Sales Engineer will collaborate with outside sales, customer services, product management, and technical services resources to ensure proposals include technical solutions, address customer needs, adhering to Tyco’s product standards, quality standards and specifications.
As an Inside Sales Engineer, you will be the key point of contact for clients for answering queries, providing basic technical advice and information on new product introductions and modifications. You will handle Special Hazards product inquires, follow up with the customers, build & maintain good relationships through Wholesale Distributors at all levels, coordinate new and repeat sales to ensure 100% customer satisfaction & account retention.
You are a natural self-starter, problem solver and data/analytics driven with the ability to explain technological concepts to a non-technical audience combined with a customer-orientated attitude.
