Influencer Marketing Executive

About the Role

Our client, a leading Influencer Marketing Agency in Dubai, is seeking an Influencer Marketing Executive to manage influencer collaborations, campaigns, and partnerships for multiple brands across industries. The role requires hands‑on experience in influencer outreach, contract negotiation and campaign execution. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of social media platforms, influencer ecosystems and content‑driven marketing that drives measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, onboard and manage relationships with influencers, content creators and talent managers across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and other platforms.
  • Develop and execute end‑to‑end influencer marketing campaigns to achieve client objectives.
  • Negotiate deliverables, contracts and budgets with influencers and agencies.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (creative strategy and client servicing) to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.
  • Track, monitor and optimise influencer campaigns using KPIs such as reach, engagement, impressions and ROI.
  • Conduct research to identify emerging influencer trends, niches and platforms relevant to client campaigns.
  • Prepare post‑campaign reports with performance analytics and actionable insights.
  • Support the agency’s growth by contributing to new ideas, influencer partnerships and creative campaign strategies.
Candidate Requirements

Minimum 2‑4 years experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing or social media campaign management (agency experience preferred).

Strong knowledge of influencer marketing strategies and tools.

Proven track record of running successful influencer campaigns.

Excellent negotiation, communication and relationship management skills.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate campaign data and ROI.

Creative, detail‑oriented and up‑to‑date with influencer and social media trends.
