Qualifications

• Experience as a Director or similar role.

Responsibilities

• Manage planning and operations for setup and teardown.
• Coordinate with local producers and manage guest satisfaction.
• Responsible for staffing and employee time sheet validations.
• Resolve customer complaints and oversee cleanliness.
• Lead training sessions for staff.
• Understand technical requirements and troubleshoot issues.
• Oversee ticketing operations and guest check-in.
• Create engaging atmosphere for guests.
• Outreach for additional sales opportunities.
• Manage on-site equipment and health standards.
• Communicate with vendors and ensure smooth operations.
• Handle guest recovery communications.
• Represent Fever brand values and communicate challenges.
• Complete daily reports and communicate with teams.
