Ontime Healthcare is urgently seeking an experienced Public Relations Officer (PRO) to manage our MOHRE services and labor-related matters.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of UAE labor laws and regulations, as well as experience in handling all aspects of government relations.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee all PRO services related to MOHRE, including visas, labor cards, and residency documentation.
  • Coordinate and submit required documents for labor-related permits and approvals.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations, keeping updated with any changes.
  • Interact with government departments and agencies to facilitate approvals and processes.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately and timely.
  • Address and resolve issues related to labor cases, visa renewals, and other HR-related matters.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports regarding employee documentation and government compliance.
  • Provide support in administrative tasks as needed and contribute to the overall efficiency of the HR department.
