Overview

Scope and Purpose: Job Summary: To liaise between front office (Marketing / Business Development) and back office (Operations / Accounting / Compliance). To be responsible for ensuring that relevant documentation are for establishing the relationship and processing the customer’s transactions.

Responsibilities
  • To assist Relationship Managers in handling the clients and their requirements.
  • To assist Relationship Managers in addressing the customer queries on Bank’s product and seek solution to their requests.
  • To perform other tasks as assigned by Relationship Manager & GRM.
  • Ensuring that all related documentations are processed in accordance with the Policy established and implemented by the Bank.
  • Perform, also working in a team, administrative activities related to customer management.
  • Pro-actively liaise with the customer in the management and resolution of problems and requests.
  • Ensure the quality of the work carried out, as well as compliance with the deadlines, intervening operationally in urgent transactions.
  • Ensure the proper management of customers guaranteeing internal compliance to the Bank's provisions for the regulatory framework as well as the Bank's other operating processes.
  • Support Relationship Managers in assessing the management trend and economic performance of the reference customer and activating the necessary corrective actions.
  • Handle preliminary activities and draft documents, proposals and marketing material.
Required Experience

3-5 years of relevant experience

Required Qualifications, Skills and Knowledge
  • Bachelor degree or post graduate in Economics / Marketing / Business / Law or related field
  • Understanding of documentation and operating processes
  • Good command of English and strong computer literacy
  • Good team player with strong communication and analytical skills
  • Familiar with local laws, banking regulations and practices
  • Ability to understand market trends & macro developments
