A leading real estate development firm in Dubai seeks an experienced Interior Designer-Hospitality to manage design projects for high-end hospitality and F&B sectors. Candidates must have a BS in Design and 3-8 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in design software such as REVIT, CAD, and SketchUp is essential. This role requires creativity, organization, and the ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3-8 years of experience in Interior Design for Hospitality.
  • Strong understanding of design documentation, product, and supplier resources.
  • Ability to manage hospitality and F&B projects with a focus on 4* and 5* sectors.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare design presentations, sketches, and material boards.
  • Manage projects through all phases with minimal supervision.
  • Ensure adherence to QA/QC standards and organizational protocols.

With some of our exciting launches such as Burj Azizi (the second tallest tower in the world) Monaco Mansions and Azizi Venice Dubai's new luxurious Venetian-inspired waterfront community we are rapidly expanding our capabilities in our Design 360 Studio where our team seamlessly integrate Architecture Structures MEP Landscape Interiors and Supervision to deliver a variety of innovative and value driven real estate assets.

As a Interior Designer-Hospitality reporting into the Interior Design Manager-Hospitality, working from our Design Studio at the Al Hudaiba Awards office in Dubai.

Responsibilities
  • As a representative of Studio 360 should maintain the integrity and sprit of the organization.
  • Attend meetings and workshops as needed to contribute intellectully to the organizational needs. And if leading a meeting minute and share the notes as per set procedures immediately and follow up till task completion.
  • Should adhere to all studio manuals procedures and protocols. -Always deliver high quality output/standards as per the role and engineering discipline involved.
  • Assist LDP(Leadership) office and immediate reporting authority in achieving the Studios Vision as set by Board/Investors.
  • To be highly organized self-motivated and a good team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Is required to devote himself/herself exclusively to the performance of his duty during the working hours and if required beyond for the efficient discharge of duties. -To be in constant communication with LDP and immediate reporting authorities for deliverables an its status.
  • Flag the risks of delays cost overruns and quality issues or any other to LDP and immediate reporting authority the moment its known.
  • While going on vacation and during weekends be available on standby by mode when there are critical deliverables which affects our/client business needs. Set up Proxy system while not able to stay in communication so tasks are completed and RAs have constant update on the tasks for effective tracking.
  • Be accountable for own work and subordinates work.
  • Undertake structured Continuing Professional Development (CPD).
  • Should be able to perform under pressure and tight targets. - Follow all QA/QC check for all work procedures under the scope. -Should be always in smart business attire
What you'll need
  • ID Hospitality Designer will be responsible for preparing design presentations including sketches and material boards working with drawings including GAs RCPs sections and elevations construction details millwork details and specifications under the supervision of Senior/Lead ID Architect. ID Hospitality
  • Designer must be able to manage the project during all phases of the work. -Sector focus on 4* and 5* Hospitality and F&B projects with sectors of Residential and Retail being a bonus.
  • Will be responsible for creating concepts developing design ideas designing to budgets.
  • Able to work on design rollouts as well as develop new hotel design guidelines. Able to develop projects through all phases of work with minimal supervision of Senior/Lead Designer and/or ID Manager.
  • Must demonstrate knowledge of contract documents specifications & design documentation product & supplier resources FF&E and OSE services and regional design codes.
  • Must assist in preparation and reviewing of DD and IFC packages to the highest standard. Local experience is a necessity.
  • Strong technical knowledge and the ability to brief and work alongside technicians overseeing packages to protect the design intent.
  • Great organizational skills grasp of detail and the ability to think ahead programme workflow and manage your team while helping them grow.
  • Advanced skills in REVIT/CAD/SketchUp/InDesign/Photoshop required.
