ICT TEACHER

A private school in the Northern Emirates of the UAE is seeking a ICT teacher.

If you are a qualified teacher with a Bachelors in ICT and two years post qualifying experience and you are ready to try something new and exciting, this may be your opportunity to consider a unique overseas assignment, teaching children whose first language is not English in a more cultural and local learning environment.

The school prefers experience of teaching an American curriculum, but will consider other curriculum backgrounds as long as the cultural fit works and how teachers adapt to situations that demand strong differentiation skills, not only academically, but linguistically and culturally too. Ideally you should have an excellent knowledge of curriculum development and assessment and use of technology in the classroom.
