Job summary

A leading hotel company in Dubai is seeking an I.T Coordinator to support and maintain hotel information technology systems. The successful candidate will provide daily IT support to various departments, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with vendors to ensure excellent guest experience and secure data handling. The role requires knowledge of hotel IT systems and a strong understanding of Windows OS. This is a full-time position and additional languages are a plus.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in hospitality industry preferred.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 and email systems.
  • Attention to guest satisfaction required.

Responsibilities

  • Provide daily IT support to hotel departments.

  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues including computers and printers.
  • Manage user access permissions in accordance with hotel security policies.
  • Coordinate with IT vendors and service contractors.

Job description

We are seeking a proactive & tech-savvy I.T Coordinator to support and maintain all hotel information technology systems to ensure smooth daily operations, excellent guest experience and secure handling of data. This role provides technical support to hotel departments and coordinates with external vendors to ensure reliable IT services across the property.

Responsibilities
  • Provide daily IT support to hotel departments including Front Office, Finance, F&B etc.
  • Support and maintain hotel systems such as PMS & POS systems
  • Maintain and monitor hotel Wi‑Fi and network connectivity for both guests and staff
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues including computers, printers, servers, switches and mobile devices
  • Manage user access permissions and passwords in accordance with hotel security policies
  • Coordinate with IT vendors, system providers and service contractors
  • Ensure regular system backups, updates and antivirus protection
  • Maintain IT asset inventory and software licensing records
  • Support new system installations, upgrades and hotel openings or renovations
  • Provide basic IT assistance related to guest technology issues when required
  • Ensure compliance with data protection, cybersecurity and brand standards
Qualifications
  • Prior experience in hospitality industry preferred
  • Knowledge of hotel IT systems (PMS, POS, Wi‑Fi, key‑card systems)
  • Strong understanding of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, email systems
  • Basic networking knowledge (LAN, WAN, routers, switches)
  • Familiarity with CCTV and access control systems
  • Troubleshooting skills for hardware and software
  • Service-oriented mindset with attention to guest satisfaction
