About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented HVAC Technician to join our client’s technical team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining and repairing heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems in commercial and residential facilities. The role requires strong technical expertise, troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently under minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, inspect, maintain and repair HVAC systems including air conditioners, chillers, ductwork, ventilation units and refrigeration systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot system malfunctions ensuring timely and effective repair solutions.
• Perform preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and extend system lifespan.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, environmental guidelines and local regulations.
• Monitor system performance and efficiency; suggest improvements where necessary.
• Handle refrigerant recovery, charging and leak detection procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of service activities, repairs and parts used.
• Collaborate with team members and provide technical support when required.
• Respond promptly to emergency breakdown calls and ensure minimal disruption to operations.
• Adhere to company policies, safety rules and standard operating procedures at all times.

Essential Qualifications

• Diploma / ITI certification in HVAC, Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience as an HVAC Technician (preferably in GCC).
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical components and refrigeration cycles.
• Valid UAE driving license (preferred but not mandatory).
