DoubleTree by Hilton Resort & Spa Marjan Island is looking for a Human Resources Supervisor to join the team! With 723 rooms, 14 food and beverage outlets, 7 Pools and a private beach, this award-winning property offers elevated comfort and food inspired by from around the world.

As a HR Supervisor, you would be responsible for:

  • Manage the recruitment process including job postings, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
  • Oversee employee onboarding, orientation, and training programs.
  • Maintain employee records and manage HR databases.
  • Plan and execute reports and regional data
  • Implement and enforce hotel HR policies and procedures.
  • Address employee relations issues and resolve conflicts.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and hotel industry regulations.
  • Coordinate performance management and employee evaluation processes.
  • Facilitate communication between management and team members.

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of HR experience in the hospitality or service industry.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • A passion for team work and development
  • Excellent organizational skills with a high level of accuracy
