Responsibilities
  • Oversee recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding procedures to attract top talent.
  • Implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices that align with company objectives.
  • Manage employee relations by addressing employee concerns, conducting investigations, and resolving conflicts.
  • Implement and coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies to mitigate risks.
  • Conduct performance management processes, including appraisals, feedback sessions, and development plans.
  • Prepare and maintain HR reports and metrics to track workforce trends and inform strategic decisions.
Requirements
  • Strong leadership experience in managing and guiding the teams.
  • Proven ability to handle audits, compliance frameworks, and work on process documents independently.
  • Relevant HR certifications or professional qualifications (CIPD, SHRM, CHRP, etc.).
  • Arabic language skills, which would be an advantage for employee engagement and local compliance
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; HR certification preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws relevant to the accounting industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with HRIS systems is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
