Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Generalist located in Dubai. The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for implementing HR policies, managing HR tasks, overseeing employee benefits, and administering benefits. They will handle day-to-day HR operations including employee relations, performance management, and recruitment.

Qualifications

• Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
• Experience in developing and implementing HR Policies
• Knowledge in Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus

Salary: 3k to 5k
