Job summary

A leading contracting firm in Dubai is seeking an experienced HR Executive to join their HR team. The successful candidate will have 4–6 years of HR experience in GCC countries, with a strong understanding of UAE labour laws. Responsibilities include managing HR operations, supporting recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations. Immediate availability is preferred. This role offers a dynamic environment focused on collaboration and inclusivity.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 4–6 years of hands-on HR experience in GCC countries.
  • Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination.
  • Ability to manage day‑to‑day HR operations independently.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day HR operations, employee records, leave management, and compliance activities.
  • Support performance management, employee engagement, and disciplinary processes.
  • Coordinate with site teams and management.

Skills

About the Role

We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced HR Executive to join our HR team at the Dubai Head Office.

Responsibilities
  • Minimum 4–6 years of hands-on HR experience in GCC countries
  • Strong knowledge of UAE labour laws, HR policies, and best HR practices
  • Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination
  • Hands‑on experience in onboarding, employee relations, payroll coordination, and HR documentation
  • Ability to manage day‑to‑day HR operations, employee records, leave management, and compliance activities
  • Experience in supporting performance management, employee engagement, and disciplinary processes
  • Ability to manage HR operations independently and coordinate with site teams and management
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office; experience with HRMS / ERP systems is an added advantage
  • Immediate joiner preferred (maximum notice period: 20 days)
Qualifications and Required Skills
  • Experience Required: 4 to 6 years (GCC experience is mandatory)
  • Joining Time: Immediate to a maximum of 15–20 days
  • Strong knowledge of UAE labour laws
  • End-to-end recruitment experience
