Role Summary:

The HR Executive will manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, employee engagement and compliance. This role requires a versatile individual who can handle HR administration while sourcing and onboarding top talent to support the company’s expansion and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Operations:

  • Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
  • Support payroll and benefits administration.
  • Assist in employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Coordinate training and development initiatives.

Recruitment:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and shortlisting candidates.
  • Coordinate recruitment drives and job postings on relevant platforms.
  • Liaise with HR head to understand hiring requirements.
  • Maintain talent pipeline for current and future openings.
  • Conduct reference checks and assist in offer management.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in HR generalist and recruitment roles (real estate experience is a plus).
  • Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and recruitment best practices.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency in HR software and MS Office.
