Company Description

We're a fast-growing Dubai-based sales company, located directly across Emirates Towers Metro Station. We specialize in connecting clients across the GCC with financial solutions through our exclusive partner network.

Role Description
  • Sourcing of applicants by posting vacancies thru Indeed and LinkedIn
  • Manage onboarding and off-boarding process
  • Maintain and manage employee annual leave applications and records
  • Maintain employee records including leaves, absences and handle confidential information with discretion
  • Oversee daily office operation, including managing office supplies, vendor relationship and service agreements
  • Plan and coordinate company events,
  • Handle general correspondence including warning letter, termination, noc, salary certificate and maintain organized filing system and ensure that records are up to date
  • Facilitate onboarding thru HR Dynamics and coordinating with IT team for computer access, email accounts and other related access
  • Act as a point of contact of employees for concerns
  • Managing health insurance
  • Prepare and process monthly report
  • Prepare and ensure correct end of service benefits calculations

Salary range will be 6000-7500AED

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in HR Management and HR Operations
  • Strong skills in Employee Relations and developing HR Policies
  • Understanding of general Human Resources (HR) practices and principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information effectively
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and adapt to a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in an HR-related role is a must
  • Preferably with a strong personality
  • Must be flexible
