We are seeking a highly organized and proactive HR Operations Professional to be embedded directly into our team in Dubai, with a primary focus on recruitment. This critical role ensures a smooth, efficient, and positive end-to-end recruitment experience for both candidates and hiring teams across our international markets. The coordinator will manage administrative support across the entire hiring lifecycle, from sourcing and scheduling to offer preparation, while also contributing to continuous process improvement. This is a vital position for someone detail-oriented who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative HR environment.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment processes across international markets, ensuring timely progress and data accuracy.
  • Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide comprehensive recruitment support.
  • Manage all candidate communication, interview scheduling, and feedback collection to ensure a great candidate experience.
  • Source and engage potential candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and other online platforms.
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings and pre-assessments to evaluate basic fit against role criteria.
  • Maintain all recruitment activities and updates accurately within Lever (ATS).
  • Support the final stages of recruitment, including coordinating case studies, and conducting reference checks.
  • Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks and related responsibilities within the HR department as required, supporting general HR operations.
Expected Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in recruitment coordination, talent acquisition, or HR operations.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Fluency in both English and Arabic (written and spoken) is required.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Confidence using MS Excel and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
