Job summary

A leading company in the UAE seeks a full-time HR professional to manage payroll operations, maintain HR databases, and ensure labor law compliance. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's Degree in HR Management or related fields, possesses strong administrative and communication skills, and has a keen understanding of UAE Labour Laws. Responsibilities include processing insurance applications, managing employee records, and facilitating business travel requests. This role offers an opportunity to support HR operations efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Process insurance applications for new addition/deletion/amendment requests promptly.
  • Prepare and submit updated staff list to the Insurance Provider on a yearly basis.
  • Ensure submission of HR Dashboards to GHRD monthly.
  • Manage biometric enrolment for each employee on their joining day.
  • Maintain employee personnel files and control their confidentiality.
  • Facilitate all business travel requests and ensure compliance with company policy.
