Kazamer Tax Consultant is seeking a dynamic and well-organized HR Executive to join our team in Dubai. This role is vital in supporting our growing organization by managing HR operations, employee relations, and talent development, ensuring a productive and professional work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding
• Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation in compliance with UAE labor laws
• Administer payroll, leave records, and employee benefits
• Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance
• Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communication
• Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions in a professional manner
• Ensure timely completion of performance reviews and assist in career development planning
• Liaise with department heads to forecast hiring needs and workforce planning
• Stay updated on HR best practices, legal requirements, and market trends

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 2-4 years of proven experience as an HR Executive or similar role
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR practices
