Job summary

A recruitment firm in Dubai seeks a skilled Recruitment Specialist to manage full-cycle recruitment processes. Your role involves attracting suitable candidates, conducting screenings, and coordinating interviews. Additionally, you will ensure a positive candidate experience and support onboarding. The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years in recruitment, strong communication skills, and a knack for relationship building. Qualifications

  • Familiarity with recruitment platforms and applicant tracking systems.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment including job postings, sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
  • Identify and attract suitable candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings and shortlisting.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and maintain communication with candidates.
  • Support offer preparation, documentation, and onboarding processes.
  • Maintain and update recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring cycle.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
  • Monitor recruitment timelines and meet hiring targets.
