Role Purpose

The HR Business Partner (HRBP) provides end-to-end HR support across the employee lifecycle for designated business units. Acting as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, the HRBP drives engagement, performance, capability building, and a positive workplace culture, while partnering closely with Talent Acquisition and Payroll teams. The role also leads Talent Management (LEADS) and Great Place to Work (GPTW) & EOS initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with business leaders to provide strategic and operational HR support, including guidance on organisational change, workforce planning, and employee relations.
  • Lead and continuously improve end‑to‑end employee lifecycle processes, including recruitment support, onboarding, engagement, development, retention, and offboarding.
  • Manage annual salary and bonus cycles, including data analysis, recommendations, calibration, and communication.
  • Handle employee relations and disciplinary matters, including investigations, recommendations, and domestic inquiries.
  • Ensure full compliance with UAE employment laws, company policies, and HR governance standards.
  • Drive and support culture, engagement and recognition initiatives aligned with DHL values.
  • Lead and coordinate GPTW & EOS surveys, action planning and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Partner with leaders to manage all stages of the LEADS performance process, including goal setting, performance reviews, succession planning, and calibration.
  • Participate in HR projects aimed at improving operational efficiency and employee experience.
  • Leverage HR systems and digital tools to enable data‑driven decision‑making and process optimisation.
What We’re Looking For
  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience as an HR Business Partner or Senior HR Generalist.
  • Strong experience partnering with senior leaders to deliver practical, business‑focused HR solutions.
  • Hands‑on expertise across the full employee lifecycle, including employee relations.
  • Experience managing compensation processes, including salary and bonus calibration.
  • Sound knowledge of UAE employment legislation and HR compliance.
  • Experience driving culture, engagement and employee experience initiatives (GPTW/EOS preferred).
  • Confident user of HR systems, digital tools, and HR data.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management and influencing skills.
