  • Position: HR Assistant
  • -Work Location: Abu Dhabi
  • Salary: 2500-3500 AED

Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR processes and procedures excellent communication skills and a passion for supporting and developing employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • - Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes including posting job openings scheduling interviews and preparing employment contracts
  • - Maintain employee records and ensure all information is accurate and up-to-date
  • - Process employee requests and maintain HR databases such as attendance and leave records
  • - Assist with performance management processes including coordinating performance evaluations and maintaining performance records
  • - Support the HR team in developing and implementing policies and procedures ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations
  • - Coordinate training and development programs for employees including scheduling and tracking participation
  • - Assist with employee relations including addressing employee grievances and conducting exit interviews
  • - Participate in HR projects and initiatives to improve processes and procedures
  • - Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed

Qualifications:

  • - Bachelors degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • - 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • - Strong understanding of HR processes and procedures
  • - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • - Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
  • - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • - Proactive and able to work independently as well as in a team
  • - Knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations is preferred
