Recruitment & Onboarding : Full-cycle hiring and smooth onboarding processes.

Employee Welfare & Mobilization : Handling relocation, visas, welfare programs, and workplace culture.

Strategic HR Planning : Workforce planning, succession planning, Emiratization, and performance appraisals.

Training & Development : Identifying and delivering employee training programs.

HR Policies : Managing and updating HR policies and ensuring legal compliance.

Team Management : Leading HR, Admin, IT & ERP teams.

Administration : Office logistics, travel arrangements, licenses, site office management.

IT & ERP Oversight : Ensuring smooth IT operations, software licensing, ERP system functionality.

Medical Insurance : Overseeing renewals and reimbursements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
• 20+ years of HR experience (5+ in construction / contracting, 5+ years in managerial position)
• Strong HR systems knowledge (Oracle, SAP, etc.)
• Knowledge of UAE labor laws
• Strong English skills; Arabic is a plus
• Proven leadership and people management skills
