At Hilton Dubai Palm Jumeirah, a Housekeeping Ordertaker is responsible for managing the housekeeping office to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience while receiving all incoming calls and managing guest requests.

What will I be doing?

As a Housekeeping Ordertaker at Hilton Dubai Palm Jumeirah, your responsibilities include managing the housekeeping office, receiving and responding to all incoming calls, allocating room and task lists to team members, issuing keys following security procedures, logging and returning lost property, managing guest requests and inquiries promptly, communicating guest information to Housekeepers, performing administrative and IT duties, organizing extra duties and special tasks, reporting and logging maintenance issues, liaising with Reception and Guest Relations, ensuring clear communication across shifts, controlling staff laundry, updating system inventory, handling emergencies, ensuring health and safety compliance, and performing any other tasks set by hotel management.

What are we looking for?

Ideal candidates should be IT proficient, organized, accountable, resilient, possess good communication and telephone skills, and be able to work under pressure both independently and as part of a team. Previous hotel housekeeping experience is advantageous.
