Job Overview:

The Housekeeper will be responsible for maintaining a clean safe and welcoming environment for patients staff and visitors at GluCare Integrated Diabetes. This role ensures that all clinic areas meet high standards of hygiene organization and safety in compliance with healthcare regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Clean sanitize and maintain all patient care areas offices waiting rooms restrooms and common areas.
    • Ensure proper disposal of waste including medical and non-medical waste following safety protocols.
    • Maintain cleanliness of floors windows furniture and equipment.
    • Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies and materials.
    • Report any maintenance issues safety hazards or incidents to the Clinic Operations Manager.
    • Follow infection control procedures and hygiene standards as per clinic policy and UAE healthcare regulations.
    • Assist in setting up rooms for procedures or patient consultations when required.
    • Support the smooth operation of the clinic by ensuring a tidy organized and professional environment.

Understand follow and support all hospital infection control programs


Requirements
  • Previous experience in housekeeping preferably in a healthcare or clinical setting.
  • Knowledge of cleaning chemicals equipment and safety procedures.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Physical stamina and the ability to perform manual tasks including lifting bending and standing for extended periods.
  • Good English communication skills; Arabic is a plus.
