Qualifications

• Proven experience as a mason in a hotel facility maintenance or construction environment.
• Strong knowledge of materials, tools and techniques used in masonry.
• Ability to read and interpret basic blueprints or drawings.

Responsibilities

• Carry out all masonry work including block work, plastering, tiling, stone work, grouting and repair.
• Repair and maintain floors, walls, ceilings, tiles, pavements, and other surfaces.
• Perform preventive maintenance inspections and corrective actions on masonry-related elements.
