Job summary

A leading real estate company in Abu Dhabi is looking for a Holiday Home Supplier Coordinator to manage the supply chain for furnished apartments. You will be responsible for sourcing branded supplies, ensuring quality compliance, and coordinating deliveries to meet hospitality standards. The ideal candidate should have experience in supply chain or hospitality, strong negotiation skills, and knowledge of DCT regulations. This position requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to work with a Property Management System.

Qualifications

• Experience in supply chain, procurement, or hospitality industry (preferably in short-term rentals).
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage vendor relationships.
• Knowledge of hospitality and housekeeping standards.
• Organizational skills to manage inventory and logistics efficiently.
• Ability to work with PMS (Property Management System) to track stock.
• Understanding of DCT Abu Dhabi regulations for holiday homes (preferred).
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Manage supply chain for furnished apartments under the holiday home department.
• Source branded supplies and maintain relationships with suppliers.
• Monitor inventory levels using PMS.
• Ensure timely supplies delivery before guest check-ins.
• Inspect all delivered supplies for quality compliance.
• Negotiate contracts to manage procurement costs.
