As a Hospitality Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company's hospitality department, ensuring that all guests receive exceptional service and that the business runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily operations of the hospitality department, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and guest services
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase guest satisfaction and revenue
  • Train and supervise staff to ensure high-quality service is provided at all times
  • Manage and monitor budgets, expenses, and financial performance of the department
  • Maintain a positive and professional relationship with guests, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and effectively
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff
  • Create and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations
  • Stay updated on industry trends and make recommendations for improvements and enhancements to the business
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
