Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute niche travel products, FDs and MICE packages to cater to the diverse requirements of our clientele.
• Develop innovative and exciting travel products and to oversee the design and delivery of holiday packages.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with travel partners and suppliers.
• Ensure outstanding customer satisfaction and seamless operations.

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum of __03-05_ years’ proven experience in a managerial role within the Holidays or Leisure Travel sector.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and team management skills.
• Excellent negotiation capabilities coupled with expertise in supplier sourcing, onboarding, and relationship management.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Creative flair for designing bespoke travel itineraries.
• Sound knowledge of booking systems and current travel trends.
