Overview

We are currently looking for a confident and well-presented Arabic-speaking Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors.

Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and business partners in a professional and courteous manner
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries in Arabic and English
  • Manage front desk operations, meeting room bookings, and visitor logs
  • Coordinate with sales agents, management, and internal departments
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area at all times
  • Support administrative tasks such as document handling, courier coordination, and basic reporting
Requirements
  • 2–3 years of experience as a receptionist or front-office executive, preferably in real estate or a corporate environment
  • Fluent Arabic speaker with good English communication skills
