Research & Training Officer (Male) - job post

We are seeking a Research & Training Officer to support organizational growth by conducting competitor and policy research, identifying new service opportunities, and delivering structured training programs for staff on services, products, and CRM usage. This role ensures employees remain well-trained and updated while providing insights to Marketing and Sales for business development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct competitor analysis (services, pricing, branding).
  • Study and document new government policies and paperwork requirements.
  • Research the feasibility of new services to be offered.
  • Develop and prepare service, product, and CRM training modules.
  • Deliver training sessions to staff (induction, refresher, updates).
  • Provide updates to the Digital Marketing team for accurate communication.
  • Prepare training manuals, knowledge guides, and reports.
  • Align with Sales, Marketing, and HR to ensure knowledge sharing.

Skills Required
