Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide first-line technical support and troubleshooting for incoming inquiries
  • Monitor help desk ticketing system and respond to requests in a timely manner
  • Assist in the setup and configuration of hardware and software systems
  • Collaborate with internal teams to upscale and resolve complex issues
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions and solutions
  • Identify recurring problems and contribute to process improvements
Requirements & Skills:
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Proficiency in IT systems, networks, and troubleshooting techniques
  • Prior experience in a help desk or technical support role is advantageous
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
