Job summary

A leading heavy equipment company in Sharjah is seeking a Marketing Lead to drive campaigns and align marketing strategies with business goals. The ideal candidate will have 7–10+ years of experience in B2B marketing, particularly in heavy equipment sectors. Responsibilities include stakeholder management, budget oversight, and performance reporting. Proficiency in digital marketing and strong communication skills in both Arabic and English are required for success in this role. A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field is preferred.

Qualifications

  • 7–10+ years in B2B marketing, ideally heavy equipment/machinery.
  • Proven stakeholder management and agency/vendor leadership.
  • Bilingual [Arabic & English], strong written & verbal English skills.
  • Hands-on command of SEM/Performance Marketing.
  • Skilled in budget ownership and performance reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the single point of contact between business stakeholders and marketing.
  • Build and track the annual/quarterly marketing plan aligned to sales targets.
  • Own and track marketing budget across various media.
  • Collaborate with digital team for campaign alignment.
  • Design lead routing and monitor SLA metrics.
